Every test includes a 30-minute concierge televisit with one of our case managment concierge specialists. During this session, we walk you through your results in plain language and translate them into clear, actionable steps. For example:

Meet the Founder, KeAndrea Anderson

KeAndrea Anderson is a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur and compliance strategist with over 20 years of experience guiding families, professionals, and organizations through the most complex aspects of care and oversight.

She began her career by founding and operating a licensed home care agency in Louisiana, which she successfully grew into a trusted seven-figure enterprise over more than a decade. Her deep expertise in regulatory compliance, patient advocacy, and operational management quickly established her as a respected leader in the healthcare industry.

After the successful sale of her agency, KeAndrea expanded into coaching and consulting for healthcare businesses, specializing in compliance infrastructure, revenue optimization, and operational strategy. Through this work, she helped organizations streamline their practices, strengthen regulatory alignment, and secure financial sustainability without compromising quality of service.

In 2020, driven by her commitment to direct advocacy and high-stakes case management, KeAndrea founded The Halo Firm. Under her leadership, Halo has evolved into a licensed Louisiana Department of Health case management agency and CLIA-waived DNA authority serving attorneys, law enforcement, government organizations, and employers.
