Every consultation is a curated experience designed to guide you through your personalized wellness journey with clarity and science. All consults must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Initial consultations are free. Follow-up appointments, unless included with your package plan, require a valid form of payment to secure your appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, expertise, and personalized guidance provided by your DNA Technician (your GENEie). In many cases, you consultation fee MAY be applied as a credit toward eligible services if booked within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Due to the custom and sensitive nature of the M² Inhaler, all sales are final. Each inhaler is hand-curated based on your Regulation Profile™ and formulated with a unique blend of all-natural botanicals. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please review the full list of ingredients provided with your order confirmation.
You are solely responsible for disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase. If you are allergic to any botanical ingredient, do NOT use the M² Inhaler. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient information and accept full responsibility for use.

Please consider our shipping policies before placing order.
Processing time is between 3-5 business days. Once processed all packages are shipped USPS or UPS Ground. Items are usually delivered between 5-7 business days. Please verify the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping is non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for reshipping cost if any discrepancies occur due to buyer error.
While processing orders if USPS or UPS cannot validate the address provided, an email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You will have 72 hours to respond with any corrections. If a response has not been received within that time frame we will proceed to ship to the address that was provided when the order was place.
Once we provide a tracking number, The DNA Bar is no longer held responsible for your package. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
